Actually, no. This is a spoiler, but KOS-MOS is actually evil, and T-elos is the actual "good" one in a final climatic battle, in which coincidentally MOMO is killed by KOS-MOS and afterwards MOMO is replaced by a rogue Kirschwasser for the rest of the game.

It was on wikipedia as part of the leaked Episode III database, but then the turds over there kept on deleting it because they don't want to believe it. So we'll have to wait until they play the game for themselves so they can stop being elitist pricks.

Yeah, then Ziggy, her cyborg bodyguard finds a way to kill himself after that. And the Juli Mizrahi decides to shoot herself as well. It's quite tragic. I've seen the video on Youtube. Search for Xenosaga Episode III ending.
